Return Policy

At INNOVACIÓN Y DESARROLLO GASTRONÓMICO we strive to provide products of the highest quality and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise in which a return may be required. Below, we detail our return policies and procedures.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

All returns are subject to inspection prior to processing.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not comply with our return policies.

No returns of clearance products will be accepted.

RETURN OF PRODUCT DUE TO INCIDENCE:

In case of detecting any deviation and/or incidence with the delivered product, you must be notified within 24h after receiving the order.

Please provide a detailed description of the incident, along with photographs if possible and indicate the affected reference, quantity, lot number and expiration date of the product.

From the administration department we will contact you to coordinate the return and replacement of the product.

RETURN OF PRODUCT UPON CUSTOMER'S REQUEST:

In the event that the customer requires the withdrawal of product for reasons unrelated to any deviation and / or incidence of the same, we reserve the right to take different actions to ensure that the product is suitable before accepting the return:

The product must have been purchased within the last 30 days at the latest with respect to the date on which the withdrawal and return is requested.

The product must be in its original and unopened packaging.

It must indicate which is the reference subject to return, as well as the quantity, lot number and expiration date.

The products must have an expiry date equivalent to at least 75% of the shelf life indicated on the product labeling. 

Shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer and will be borne by the customer.

Once at our facilities, a representative sample of the returned product will be randomly checked to ensure that it is in good condition and has not suffered any alteration during the period in which it has been out of our facilities.

After confirming that the product is suitable, from the administration department we will contact you to manage the credit.

If the product subject to return does not meet the conditions specified in this document, it will NOT be credited.
