Vrownie with Coffee Mouse and Chocolate by Luca
This chocolate brownie is perhaps the most delicious culinary accident in the world. The traditional American recipe for this chocolate dessert was created when the chef forgot to add baking powder to the cake he was making. And ta-da! This quintessential American dessert was born.

2 Luca Vrownies
35 g Coffee
100 g Vegan cream cheese
200 ml Cream
35 ml Agave syrup
150 g 70% Cacao chocolate
50 g Hazelnuts
Prepare the mouse
Stir the agave syrup into the vegan cream cheese until the mixture has an even texture, then add the coffee, cream and continue whisking until stiff. Use a pastry bag with a round nozzle to squeeze the mixture into shape. Decorate the vegan brownies later with no oven required! Freeze for 2 hours.
Add decoration and they are ready to eat
Melt the chocolate, crush the hazelnuts with a knife and mix them in. Lightly heat the mix and pour it over the chocolate vrownie. Let the dessert cool and it’s ready to serve.
