Pulled pork lasagna by Easyfood

500 g Easyfood Pulled Pork
100 g Flour
100 g Butter
1l Whole milk
1 Garlic clove
Lasagna pasta sheets
Prepare the pulled pork
Heat the pulled pork for 8-10 minutes at 800 W in the microwave.
Sauté vegetable seasoning
Finely dice the garlic and onion. Sauté until it begins to brown, add the pulled pork and cook together for 4 minutes.
Cook the lasagna pasta
Boil the lasagna sheets in a saucepan with water and salt. Let them rest in a bowl with water and ice for about 2 minutes. Put the sheets to one side on a damp cloth.
For the béchamel sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour. Add two portions of milk and bring the mix to the boil while continuing to stir. Don’t forget to add salt and pepper!
Time for the lasagna
Prepare the lasagna by alternating the pasta sheets with the pork and béchamel sauce in a suitable baking dish. To finish, add the rest of the béchamel sauce and grate the Idiazabal cheese on the surface of the pulled pork lasagna. Bake in the oven at 200º for approximately 4 minutes.
