8 Easyfood Pancakes
100 g Sugar
200 g Strawberries
200 ml Whipping cream
10 g Matcha tea
20 g Icing sugar
30 g red fruits
Start with the syrup
Add the chopped strawberries to a frying pan together with the red fruits and sugar. Simmer over a low/medium heat so the berries start to release their juice. Separate the syrup and leave it to one side.
Matcha tea foam
Dilute the matcha tea in the very cold cream. Start gently whipping the mixture until semi-whipped.
Prepare the pancakes
Heat the defrosted pancakes in a frying pan. They are even more delicious when warmed through.
Ready to serve!
Place the American pancakes on a plate, piled up in a tower. Pour the red fruit syrup on top, with a generous spoonful of matcha tea foam on the side. The tastiest dessert!
