Lemon cornflake Vurgers by Luca

50 ml lemon juice

30 ml soy sauce

80 g agave syrup

400 ml water

30 g cornflour

How to prepare

For the sauce:

Mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, agave syrup and water together in a saucepan. When the mixture starts to boil, dissolve the cornflour in a little water and stir it in.

Luca Cornflakes Vurger

Cook the vegan chicken flavoured burger in the fryer for 6-7 min at 180 ºC, or bake it in the oven for 16-20 min at 200 ºC. It will be ready before you know it.

3.

Plate up

Cut the Luca Cornflakes Vurger into strips and drizzle the sauce on top. We suggest decorating with lemon zest and microgreens. A spectacularly delicious result!
