2 Luca Vurger patties
1 Heirloom tomato
4 Easyfood onion rings
10ml Jack Daniel’s
Gourmet burger buns
Jack Daniel’s mayo:
50 ml Jack Daniel’s sauce
60 ml soy milk
100 ml light olive oil
200 ml sunflower oil
Jack Daniel’s mayo
To make this delicious Jack Daniel’s vegan mayo, simply mix together the whiskey sauce, soy milk, olive oil and sunflower oil. Use a hand blender on a low setting to mix the mayo until the ingredients have all blended in.
Chop the tomatoes
For an excellent final result, you need to prepare the recipe with love. So cut the tomatoes into slices and grill them lightly on either side.
Following the American example, we wanted to make this recipe in true XL size. Defrost 2 Luca beef-flavour vegan burger patties, crumble them and make them into a single burger. Brown the burger on both sides in the pan, pour on some Jack Daniel’s and booooom! You’ll flambé the Vurger!

Use a deep fryer or frying pan with plenty of oil to cook the onion rings until golden brown.
Put the burger together
For a perfect result, plate up your burger starting with the bun, layer on some Jack Daniel’s mayo, add the Luca Vurger and finish off with a slice of tomato. Dinner’s ready!
