180 g Easyfood cornflake chicken pieces

200 ml soy sauce

2 Fresh chilli peppers

2 Garlic cloves

15 g fresh coriander

200 ml Rice vinegar

30 g Sugar

30 g Flour

3 Pak Choi leaves

Toasted sesame seeds

How to prepare

Fry the cornflake chicken pieces

Cook the battered chicken pieces in a fryer with sunflower oil for 3-4 minutes at 170 ºC, or in a frying pan with plenty of oil.

Sauté the seasoning

Heat a little oil to the frying pan, then add the chopped chillis, the finely chopped garlic and the ginger. Sauté over a medium heat, add the flour and cook a little longer. Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar, and cook together for 1 minute. Add the Easyfood cornflake chicken pieces and cook over medium heat so they soak up the sauce.

On to the Pak Choi

Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and add the Pak Choi leaves with salt and pepper, then cook on a medium/high heat. Pour in some water and leave the mixture covered for 1 minute.

Ready to eat!

Plate the Pak Choi first as a base, followed by the toasted sesame seeds and General Tso chicken. A new exotic recipe for your menu!
