Dak-Gangjeong Hot Dog Nvggets Cornflakes by Luca

Ingredients

12 Luca Nvggets

60 ml sweet chilli sauce

10 g two‑colour sesame seeds

2 hot dog buns

100 g leek

Wasabi vegan mayo (soy milk, wasabi, sunflower oil, light olive oil)

Radish sprouts

Fresh flowers

How to prepare

Prepare the wasabi veganaise

To make the wasabi vegan mayo, mix together one portion of unsweetened soy milk for every portion of light olive oil and two portions of sunflower oil, and add a tablespoon of wasabi. Mix everything together with a hand blender until it is ready.

Prepare the Luca Nvggets

Fry the vegetable nuggets in a fryer for 4-5 minutes at 180 ºC. Add the sweet chilli sauce to a frying pan or wok and let it reduce a little, add a few sesame seeds and vegan nuggets until they brown a little.

It’s sauté time 

In a separate saucepan, sauté the sliced leek for just the right amount of time to brown a little.

Plate up the hot dog

Spread your vegan mayo (or veganaise) on the hot dog bread, add the Luca cornflakes Nvggets, extra vegan mayo, fresh flowers, radish sprouts, leek and sesame seeds. You’ll love the result!
