  • 2 Luca Vrownies
  • 35g Coffee
  • 100g Vegan cream cheese
  • 200ml Cream
  • 35ml Agave syrup
  • 150g 70% Cacao chocolate
  • 50g Hazelnuts
  • Gold flakes


  1. Prepare the mouse

    Bate el queso crema vegano con el sirope de agave hasta que se convierta en una mezcla uniforme, agrega el café, la nata vegetal para montar y sigue batiendo hasta que esté firme. En una manga pastelera con boquilla redonda, vertimos la mezcla y decoramos los brownies veganos sin horno. Congélalo durante 2 horas.
